Minute to Win It - Corporate Team Building Activity in Houston

Hey everyone, it’s Michelle with American Outback Adventures & Events with another corporate event update.

Today we are in Houston, Texas, and we completed a Minute toWin It activity for a group of oil workers. We had a small group, there was only about 15 of them and we separated the group into 3 teams and they completed challenges throughout the activity or throughout the day. In their groups, they had a fantastic time. We did all sorts of different activities, and the energy was really great with this group. The spirits were up and everyone got a little competitive, but all in good fun and they really got to come together and have a fun, out of office experience for the day. Again, they had great feedback and good things to say about the activity, and they had a lot of fun, it was very obvious.

Minute to Win It - Corporate Team Building Activity in Detroit

Hi out there listeners! This is Emma from American Outback Adventures & Events.

I was just running a Minute to Win It out in Detroit and it is such the perfect event for a competitive team, it’s a perfect event for teams that known each other for a long time, or teams that are just getting to know each other. Also, I was really thinking about how this is so great for anything where it’s cold weather, or your teams can’t get outdoors, because this event is high energy. It’s loud, it’s exactly what you would want organized chaos to be like, and the teams, by the end of it, have really come together. As you can see from the photos, this group was no exception. They were having a great time. They were in meetings all day, went straight to dinner and cocktails, and then we got started on the event. They had an absolute blast, these goofy, fun, crazy challenges really put them to the test and they passed with flying colors. They came together and worked really hard.

If looking at this, it seems like something that would be a great fit for your company, or if you have some other ideas you’ve love to talk to our sales team about, don’t hesitate to call. We’re here to help you create that perfect event.

The Art of Giving - Corporate Team Building Activity in San Antonio

Hey everyone, it’s Michelle with American Outback Adventures & Events with another corporate event update.

We have just finished an Art of Giving event in San Antonio, Texas, at the JW Marriott for a group of technology workers. It was a small group of about 30 and they were required to build structures out of non-perishable food items that we then donated to the Food Bank of San Antonio. They came up with great creations, we saw the Alamo, we saw Tower of Americas, and they had a great time and got very very very creative with their designs. One team even did their company logo, which was the Monarch, so that was very interesting to see. They had a great time, like I said, fact that it was very beneficial to see how teams work together with not a lot of time, not a lot of resources and a ton of creativity.

Amazing Chase - Corporate Team Building Activity in Kansas City

Hi there everyone, this is Emma, I’m here with another update from American Outback Adventures & Events.

Just got finished running a great event in Kansas city. This company decided to brave the cold weather and do a partially outdoor event. We started with a little trivia and code breaking challenge to get their brains warmed up, and start indoors at their headquarters. After that, all the teams got ranked by how well they did in the questions. This gave them their starting position of when they would get to get out on the Amazing Chase course. The teams left in different heats, out on the course they were all bundled up, but I think that their competitive and high energy really did keep them warm out there. They had some really great fun challenges. Besides doing the Tai Chi at the Liberty memorial, they also got to taste some artisanal chocolates and guess the flavors. They had a great time. When they met at Union Station for the finish, dinner and drinks were waiting.

If you think that your company would benefit from an exciting and fun team building event like this, please don’t hesitate to contact American Outback Adventures sales team. We would love to help you create your perfect event.

Minute to Win It Corporate Team Building Activity in Bellevue

Hi, this is Jill with another corporate event update.

It’s February 12 and we’re here in beautiful Bellevue, Washington and we’ve just completed a Minute to Win It event for a group from the United Kingdom. This technology group was really excited to finish off their round of meetings with a fun, energetic and exciting event, and this event really hit the bill for them. They were really interested in having some fun and goofy challenges to help their participants let loose and enjoy themselves after a long segment of meetings. They really thought that a lot of these challenges were just the craziest and funnest challenges they've ever completed in any type of team building before. I think the highlight for this group definitely was our final challenge that had teams trying to hit oranges on the ground with a banana hanging between their legs. Lots of laugh, lots of goofy photos, and the client was incredibly happy with how the event turned out.
