Hi! It’s Emma here with another American Outback Adventures
& Events update.
Starting out the fall season right, beautiful view of San
Francisco and the Golden Gate Bridge from the Cavallo Point Resort. My team
just love getting to run a double event on property. We started off the day
working with the teams on our Apprentice Charity Bike Build. I couldn’t believe
how well everyone worked together, they got tasks done and they helped out their
opposing teammates too. My favourite part of this event was always the finish
for 2 reasons. First, because of all the great commercials the teams act out
and secondly, because of the charity coming out to accept the bikes. This time
we worked with the Oak school, and couldn’t have been more perfect timing for
them. They were fund raising for recreational equipment and it worked out great
that their kids with special needs would receive these bikes.
After lunch, the
teams came back and got assigned new teammates. They got a quick lesson on our
GPS challenge and headed out for 10 fun and interesting places. Each one had
its own challenge that they had to complete before they receive their passport
stamp. I was surprised that a few teams made it all 10 stops, but everyone was
glad the weather held out for a great afternoon outside.
If you and your team could benefit from an exciting team
building event like this one, please contact American Outback sales. We’re
ready to help you create the perfect event.
