Crime Investigators Corporate Team Building Activity in Houston

Hey everyone, it’s Michelle with American Outback Adventures & Events with another corporate update.

We have just finished our Crime Investigators event in downtown Houston at one of the well known hotels in downtown. The group was an admin team from an oil company with a mixture of ages, abilities and seniority with the company. They had a great time. They were probably a little hesitant at first to get into it but by the end of it they were showing all kinds of signs of improvement and communication, and they were smiling, they had a great time. They were much closer, visually as a team, than when we first got them in the room. Even seeing them with immediate improvement, I thought they had a great time, they were really well organized and they work together to solve our crime and determine who our villain is. It was a very good event, they had a, like I said, a fantastic time.

Minute to Win It Corporate Team Building Activity in Salt Lake City

Hi this is Jill with another corporate event update.

It’s November 21st and we’re here in beautiful Salt Lake City, and we’ve just completed a fantastic Minute to Win It teambuilding event for a local law firm group. They were completing a series of meetings throughout the day and we were the final activity and hoorah for them after a long day’s worth of meetings. The client was really excited to kick off the evening with something fun and exciting for their group and this really fit the bill for both of their participant level and for what their goals for the evening were. The group went headlong into the challenges and really loved every aspect of the Minute to Win It event. The highlight was the final challenge where teams headed off against each other and, like, very competitive final challenge, and I think everyone enjoyed this event, including myself and my team. The client was really happy with how everything turned out and how much energy came out of the event from all of her colleagues. They were really looking forward to hopefully doing something similar in the future and we are very excited to do that with them as well.

If you want to plan an awesome corporate team building event, contact my sales team and they would be happy to help.

Crime Investigators Corporate Team Building Activity in Cleveland

Hi there! Shannon here with another corporate event update from American Outback Adventures & Events.

Today we had a Crime Investigators in Cleveland, Ohio. Snow is falling all around us today, but luckily, at today’s crime investigators we had full access to inside the Q Arena downtown. The contact we worked with at the Q was accommodating and excited for the event and we were able to utilize some very cool spaces. The participants today were this particular company’s leadership team, 24 men and 1 woman. Teams loved that the event was hands-on and required an in-depth analysis of the evidence. They kept saying it was the coolest thing they’ve ever done - A very happy client and a very proud coordinator here in Cleveland, Ohio tonight.

Cake Creators Corporate Team Building Activity in Houston

Hey everyone, it’s Michelle with American Outback Adventures & Events with another corporate event update for you.

We are just wrapping up a Cake Creators event in Houston. The event itself was taking place for a group of pipeline workers, ranging in departments. We had the admin team, we have some managers in there, some installers, some account reps, it was really a mixed bag of people from multiple areas of the business. They had a great time, one of the highlighting features of this event was that the groups don’t necessarily work closely together on a daily basis, so our client would like us to separate the groups into a mixed teams - mixed, being from different departments. They had a great time, they really got into the cake decorating aspect of things, quite creative in their designs and they really though outside the box with the cakes that they did create. They had a great time; the cakes themselves were donated to the Gospel Mission, downtown Houston after our activity, so there was a bit of a philanthropic element to this event. Everyone had, like I said, a good time, it was fun and their cakes look fantastic.

Minute to Win It Corporate Team Building Activity in Boston

Hi there! Shannon here with another corporate event update from American Outback Adventures & Events.

Today we had a Minute to Win It in my hometown of Boston, Massachusetts. Our group today was international; people came from all over the US, Russia, parts of the UK for a weeklong conference. Our Minute to Win It took place mid week for them, right after their meetings for the day and right before dinner. We started off with low energy levels, understandable for a 5pm on hump day, but once teams get together; it began goofing off to create their team names and cheers, things really started to pick up. The winning teams advised the rest of the group today was that they took time before every challenge to strategize and determine everyone’s strengths for that challenge. I saw them implement in some very interesting strategies for games such as “Elephant trunk”, “Stick Fingers”, and “Head Banger” and they all paid off. Overall it was a great night here at the Marriot Copley in Boston.
