Adventures & Events update.
What could be better than spending a day at Napa at a
beautiful golf resort? How about having super energized teams cooking up a
culinary masterpiece for you? Our Iron Chef event is chock-full of delicious
moments. I love how the teams get creative with the ingredients, their plating
ideas, and of course, they have over the top sales pitches when they delivered
their finished items. Being in Napa for this one, I decided to make the secret
ingredient grapes. So the appetizer, main course, beverage and dessert all had
to have at least some grape aspect. While the judges did score all the teams a
little bit differently, there was no denying who the winning team was. We ate
their entire entrée, it was so good! Everyone had such a great time and they
were treated to their own barbecue dinner afterwards at the resort.
