Hi there! This is Emma with another American Outback
Adventures & Events update.
I truly forgot how cold Chicago can get. I really should
have packed a better coat for this trip, but that’s ok because this group
picked a great indoor event. We ran our Minute to Win It challenges for them in
Buffalo Grove, just outside of Chicago. This was held at a great golf club at
the clubhouse indoors. I do have to say, I think everyone was surprise by the
crazy challenges and even more surprised to see their co-workers competitive
spirits take over. One of the biggest moments of the afternoon came during the
team cheer off. One participant started to sing and boy she had an amazing
voice! Everyone in the room went crazy cheering her on. It was such a great
moment during the day. There were many others such as trying to swing bananas
around or a seemingly simple idea like keeping the balloons in the air. All
their skills were put to the test today and I think they really enjoyed the
challenge.
