Hey everyone, it’s Michelle with American Outback Adventures
& Events with another corporate event update.
We have just finished an Iron Chef Barbecue Challenge in a
park in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. We had 6 teams from a law office, all competing
head to head with the criteria of creating an appetizer, a main course, a
beverage and a dessert, all using our secret ingredient, which for our event
that we just finished was pineapple. So they grilled up some amazing
concoctions and were very creative with their presentation and their
flavoring. They were given the same items across the board, but then also
given the option of using our pantry table, which included a variety of herbs
and spices, vinegar and that sort of thing. Like I said, that their
presentations and their creativity as a whole, were fantastic, they were great,
encouraging group and had a variety of skill levels from barbecue griller
master to “never-seen-a-grill-before-in-their-life”, so it was a great
experience and everyone had a really great time, had some custom team outfit
created for some of the teams that arrived, so their team spirit was up from
the moment they got there and they laughed a loving, loving experience.
