And I just got back from an event in Austin, Texas. This was
our Urban Fear Factor event that’s run in our new smartphone app. This one is
great if you don’t have a lot of time, like this company did. I went in at the
close of their day and all their meetings, got everyone into groups, amped up,
ready to go and loaded in the app with all the challenges, and then they hit the
streets. They competed in all sorts of crazy challenges, put things that they
wouldn’t normally do with their co-workers. It really pushed them to their
limits, found out what they’re made of and had a lot of fun doing it. They got
to interact with the public, get out all their crazy energy after being cooped
up in meetings all day and have a great time. The finish was at a nearby
restaurant, so everybody got to continue the fun, meet up for some food and
drinks, while the points were tallied. We had a great finish, closing ceremony,
and a debrief session at the end where the participants got a share of what
they learned and what they knew about their co-workers now. It was a great day.
